Connecting Pakistan to the world’s networks.
Horizon Carrier Services supports international carriers, voice providers and telecommunications operators with wholesale voice connectivity and termination solutions.
Through our local infrastructure arrangements and carrier relationships, we aim to simplify access to Pakistan and other available destinations while supporting efficient traffic routing and dependable call delivery.
Horizon Carrier Services helps businesses and messaging providers reach mobile subscribers through application-to-person (A2P) messaging connectivity.
A2P SMS is used for one-time passwords, account verification, transaction alerts, appointment reminders and other service notifications. Our messaging offering is intended to help customers connect their applications and platforms with supported mobile networks.
Horizon Carrier Services facilitates international roaming connectivity through contracted partners, supporting connectivity between mobile network operators and their roaming partners, subject to applicable agreements, network capabilities and technical requirements.
Our roaming solutions support voice and SMS services for subscribers travelling outside their home network’s coverage area, enabling access to supported services through participating networks. Service availability depends on partner coverage, operator agreements, network compatibility and agreed technical and commercial arrangements.
Horizon Carrier Services offers a proposed service category for virtual numbering and cloud-based communications, subject to destination availability, numbering regulations and the capabilities of our service partners.
Virtual numbers can help businesses receive or place calls through supported communications platforms without requiring a traditional physical telephone line at every location.
Horizon Carrier Services aims to support the evolving technology requirements of connected businesses through cloud computing and information and communications technology (ICT) solutions.
Cloud computing can provide access to computing resources, storage and applications over a network. ICT services can help organisations integrate communications and technology systems to support their day-to-day operations.
